Feed Submission Guidelines¶
1. File format & naming convention¶
- Files must be compressed in GZIP format (
.csv.gz). - Each file must be uploaded to the designated SFTP server under
{country_code}/{Retailer_Name or Retailer_Unique_ID}/*.csv.gz {country_code}must follow the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 format (example: US, JP, IN).
For example, if there are CSVs for Walmart US and Amazon JP:
US/Walmart-US/catalog.csv.gz
JP/Amazon-JP/catalog.csv.gz
or, using unique retailer IDs:
US/123455/catalog.csv.gz
JP/234567/catalog.csv.gz
where 123455 and 234567 are the unique retailer IDs for Walmart US and Amazon JP respectively.
2. Retailer-specific files¶
Each CSV file must contain data for only one retailer/brand. Do not combine multiple retailers in a single file.
For example:

www.walmart.com - Nordstrom —
www.nordstrom.com - Kohls —
www.kohls.com
3. Missing fields & optionality¶
- If any mandatory field is unavailable, please contact your Glance Sales POC or email partner-support@glance.com so we can evaluate alternative options or possible flexibility.
- If any optional field is unavailable, please inform us for visibility. While this will not block integration, we may need to adjust downstream usage accordingly — contact your Glance Sales POC or email partner-support@glance.com.
