If events aren't being recorded, work through these checks. Still stuck? Contact support.

Events not firing

• Verify the tag is attached to the Initialization - All Pages trigger so the pixel loads everywhere
• Use GTM Preview mode to confirm the tag fires on the pages you expect
• Check the browser console for errors from the pixel script

Duplicate purchases

• Always send a unique transaction_id with the purchase event. Glance uses it to de-duplicate, so the same order isn't counted twice.
