Do I need both the Shopify Pixel and GTM?

Usually no — pick the one that matches your platform. For headless Shopify, use the Pixel on GTM setup.

Where do I get my event key?

Only GTM setups need one — your Glance Sales POC provides it during onboarding, and you paste it into the pixel snippet as <<YOUR-EVENT-KEY>>. On Shopify the Pixel is set up automatically, so there's no key to paste.
