Prerequisites

Before integrating Glance AI widgets, make sure you have:

• Glance AI Application — installed from the Shopify App Store (see Getting Started)
• Active Glance AI Account — your account is active and properly configured
• Partner ID and Catalog ID — required only for Direct Code Integration; contact the Glance AI team to obtain them

Where do I get my Partner ID and Catalog ID?

These are issued by the Glance AI team during onboarding. If you only plan to use the Shopify Admin (drag-and-drop) method, you don't need them — the app handles credentials for you.
